I am the proud owner of ClickSafe Intelligence. I'm a giant nerd who loves learning, data-analysis and spreadsheets more than is humanly healthy. Honestly and simply, I love being an intelligence analyst. I literally get paid to solve puzzles by finding bits and pieces of information in order to slowly chip away at the big picture and it is the best job in the entire world. Getting to do this as my day job, through volunteering with the National Child Protection Task Force and now as a part of this non-profit, leaves me speechless and overflowing with gratitude. I’m also a mom to two crazy, beautiful and amazing children. Despite feeling like I’m treading water most days, I love them with the ferocity of a million suns and they’re the reason I started this organization. I know how terrifying it is trying to keep them safe in this world and I also know that every kid deserves someone to fight for them the way I would fight for my two littles. So no matter how tired I am, how dark and the work is that I do, I’ll never stop, because I’m determined to make every other parent and child feel like a warrior, equipped to battle against the monsters I’m pushing out of the shadows. My husband, our two tiny humans and three kitties live in the Midwest and complain every winter about the fact that we do. I love reading but never do it enough. If I could have any other job in the world it would be an analyst with the Behavioral Analysis Unit within the FBI while moonlighting as a Broadway musical performer. Only the Chorus though, no leads because as much as I enjoy singing, I also know I’m not that good at it. I love sleep, chocolate and carbs, hiking, sunsets in the summer out on the patio, wine and I run on Chai tea.
